About

Angela Pablo is a web & interactive designer. She has a BA in Product Design & Development from San Francisco State University, and recently earned her Masters degree from NYU’s Interactive Telecommunications Program in the Tisch School of the Arts. Her research areas included interactive design, sustainable energy and networked computing.

Her previous work experience spans web & graphic design, art direction and project management for various corporate and nonprofit organizations. She’s extremely interested in utilizing emerging technologies for collaborative information sharing, raising awareness of sustainable practices, and playtime.

pablocomotion is a play on words between her surname, Pablo, and locomotion, meaning "an act or the power of moving place to place."(1) She views design as a fluid process, moving from conceptualization towards an intended purpose or goal.
